Abuse & Trauma Counseling

It's important to recognize unhealed trauma as a dynamic force in an intimate relationship. But many overcome trauma, offering inspiration to others who have had life-altering negative experiences.

Stress, Anxiety & Depression Counseling

Everyone gets sad or worried from time to time, but for those dealing with anxiety or depression, it’s more than a feeling. It's not a sign of weakness or a negative personality. It is a major public health problem and a treatable medical condition.

Family & Individual Counseling

Family therapy is a form of psychotherapy that seeks to reduce distress and conflict by improving the systems of interactions between family members. Individual counseling is a process between therapist and client that aims to facilitate change and improve quality of life.
